What do you really expect of a shooter these days? Loadout probably already has it somewhere in gobs of gameplay, but you won’t hear me saying it’s worth your time.

Sony Confirms Gran Turismo Movie In The Works

Posted on Thursday, July 25 @ 05:51:36 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

It's official, Sony has confirmed that a movie based on its super-popular racing series is currently in development.

A spokesperson from Sony Computer Entertainment UK told Joystiq that a Gran Turismo film is in fact "being made." Sadly, the company has no other additional information to share at this time.

A report surfaced yesterday, suggesting that producers Michael de Luca and Dana Brunetti (The Social Network and Fifty Shades of Grey) were on board with the project, but since Sony is staying tight-lipped, that information remains unconfirmed.

Are you excited for a Gran Turismo movie? Do you think it will prove to be a success for Sony? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments below.
