Sony Smash Bros. Game All But Confirmed

Posted on Monday, November 28 @ 06:49:30 Eastern by

Remember the half Karate Master, half James Bond wanna be - 100 % lives at home with his mother, guy? Well, it looks like I owe him an apology. Not for making fun of the hilarious pictures he posts in his articles. No. Those are too funny not to mock.

I have to apologize because it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas he hit the nail on the head with his Sony Smash Bros. rumor. And since I now believe him, the project will likely end up being called "Title Fight".

SuperBot Entertainment, are the said developers of the Sony character mash-up, and much of the hints pointing at the validity of this game have stemmed from Chris Molina, a senior level designer for SuperBot. On his Twitter account, he's posted much randomness, which by itself doesn't make sense - but put them all together, mix in some tidbits of this rumor, and we've got ourselves some damn strong evidence pointing at an imminent reveal. Even more curious still, Chris Molina's Twitter account has mysteriously disappeared.

The game is said to include Sony's most recognizable leading men and ladies, as well as level designed around some of Sony's well known IPs including: Uncharted, Twisted Metal, God of War, LittleBigPlanet, Jak and Daxter, Parappa the Rapper, and more.

Paul Gale, I apologize. I'm sure you can understand that it was hard to believe, especially when your rumors are accompanied by pictures like this:

I should have known better. He can punch right through a waterfall.

Read it again. It's being dubbed Sony Smash Bros because it's gonna be a sausagefest of video game characters.

As long as they don't overcomplicate this, it should be a wonderful game.

Making Drake stand a chance against Kratos using Athena's Blades and filled in Rage of the Titans, how complicated could that be?

I about **** myself when I read the title, Super Smash Bros: Melee was my absolute favorite Gamecube game. If "SuperBot Entertainment" manages to pull this off, and it manages to be anything like Melee, this is a day one, no hour one buy for me.
