Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

South Park Delayed To 2013

Posted on Tuesday, May 15 @ 15:41:23 Eastern by

THQ has announced that Obsidian Entertainment will be delaying South Park: The Game from Q2 of this year to Q1 2013.

No reason was given, but it wouldn't be too suggestive to suspect that it's because of the ridiculously dense release window of Assassin's Creed III, Halo 4, and Grand Theft Auto V. Otherwise, it could just be the common reason of just not being ready. South Park: The Game deserves the time it needs to propel the South Park name to the top of the video game world.

This delay comes at the same time THQ has also declared a yearly loss of $239 million ending March 31 of this year, an increase from the $136 million loss from last year. The good news is that their taking this bull by the horns and cutting costs by $180 million, not banking on some of it's children's licenses, and more important, getting far, far away from the uDraw GameTablet.

Makes me wonder if some of these gaming companies are in cahoots: release their big AAA games in the same release window so the lesser known games can't take their profits.

They still need to win sales from eachother. That's called competition.

I'm guessing if everyone had their way no one's games would be released near anyone else's. If anything big budget titles probably want to stay away from other big budget releases since they are a guaranteed buy for a large chunk of people

I still say they're doing this to have a better looking E3.
