Square Enix Announces New Game, Titled Murdered: Soul Suspect

Murdered: Soul Suspect
is the name of a brand-new game that is currently in the works at Square Enix.

The company revealed this news to IGN, saying on that “Murdered: Soul Suspect is an exciting new game from Square Enix which challenges players to solve possibly the hardest case of all.” The publisher also teased the outlet with a link to Murdered.com, which notes a release for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

The website links to an official Twitter account, which has the following three images posted.

    I like games where you get to play a detective. LA Noire was pretty unique in that way, at least in the early missions. It's nice to see a mystery unfold in front of you by finding clues, asking the right questions, etc. Where LA Noire fell flat was in forcing you to arrest people who were obviously innocent to further the story. It broke the mechanic and the cool feeling of being a detective.
