Star Wars: Battlefront "Well Into Development" At DICE

Posted on Wednesday, July 24 @ 11:28:42 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

EA developer DICE is already "well into development" on Star Wars: Battlefront, according to EA Games Label president Frank Gibeau.

The Electronic Arts exec revealed this exciting news during the company's Q1 earnings call for 2014. "We showed 22 seconds of where we're going with it and the fan response was very positive," Gibeau said, adding, "The DICE team is well into development on that product already, so we feel very bullish about our shooter rotation over the next several years."

Get ready for a healthy dose of both Battlefield and Battlefront from EA for the foreseeable future.
