Star Wars Pinball Makes The Jump To Lightspeed, Lands On Wii U

Posted on Monday, June 24 @ 19:30:00 PST by

Looking to experience the sights and sounds of Star Wars in pinball form? Only a Wii U at your disposal? Zen Studios has your back like Chewie has Han's, releasing Star Wars Pinball to Wii U and the Nintendo eShop on July 11th.

Tables from The Empire Strikes Back, The Clone Wars, and everyone's favorite bounty hunter Boba Fett will run you $10, and community features include allying yourself with the Galatic Empire or the Rebel Alliance, then duking it out on the leaderboards. Apparently this all-out pinball warfare will not only decide the fate of the galaxy, but also determine the Main Menu overlay as well.

For more on Star Wars Pinball, check out Vincent's preview back before the title was released to Xbox 360 and PS3. With Anthony giving the Wii U so much love (Game & Wario review here & New Super Luigi U review here), hopefully we'll get our hands on Star Wars Pinball soon.
