Finally Broke My Crowdfunding Rule
By oblivion437

I've had a long-standing rule to avoid getting involved in any sort of crowdfunded activities.  I didn't donate to Shadowrun or Wasteland, but I did buy and enjoy both of them (I'm plugging both of those games right now, just so you know they're good).  I haven't...

Starhawk Confirmed For PS3, Showing At E3 2011

Posted on Friday, April 29 @ 12:42:46 Eastern by

When I got my PS3 there were a few exclusives that I had to pick up with it. Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Killzone 2. One title I strayed away from was Warhawk. I wasn't sure if the surviving player base could support my late entry to the heavily multiplayer focused game.

Now I won't have to worry about that because Sony is set to announce Starhawk, the space-sequel to Warhawk. While Warhawk was delivered to gamers through retail and PSN channels, Starhawk will be available exclusively on Blu-ray thanks to a new engine and a new single-player campaign.

Starhawk has been rumored for sometime and an anonymous source is claiming that Sony will reveal the game in the middle of May. You can bet that Starhawk will be on hand during Sony's E3 2011 showing.

Game Revolution will be in Los Angeles in June covering the show live as it happens. If more games decide to jump the gun like Starhawk we'll bring you the news ahead of E3 as well.
