Super Mario 3D Land, Ocarina of Time 3D And More Join The 3DS eShop

If you don't want to look like a dorky six year-old carrying your 3DS around in a small briefcase loaded with game cartridges, then you've likely been waiting for the opportunity to pick up some of the handheld's hits in digital form.

Fortunately for you, starting today, you'll be able to download some of the best that the platform's got to offer. Though, as is often the case, I've got a bit of bad news as well. You're not going to be getting any kind of discount by going digital, as Nintendo is charging full price for their heavy-hitters.

Check out the list of eShop additions below:
Having a game like Mario Kart 7 or Ocarina of Time 3D always on the hardware sounds pretty convenient, I must admit. Let us know of you plan on downloading any of these titles in the comments below.

For the time being, I don't do digital downloads unless I have no other choice. Physical media is always better, because it can't be taken away from you by accidental data loss or by the license holder suddenly deciding to be a jerk about it. Not to mention the problem of "high speed" broadband in the U.S. being either too slow or too expensive or both.

Unless these problems get fixed any time soon, I'm sticking with physical media for the foreseeable future.

Like I'm always gonna say, digital should be at least 10-15$ less... not the same price.

Physical media should be cheaper too considering how cheap the materials are for the packaging and the discs, but eh
