Holding a baby you naturally find muscles in your hands and arms and back tensing up that you may not even know you have. It's not enough to hold the child. You have to protect them, keep them safe, make sure they don't feel your anxieties. They're good at that...they can feel when you're upset, afraid, nervous, and it rubs off. They listen to everything you're giving them. Hearing of this I wonder how utterly rotten a person must be, and to do it to not just any child but his own.

I do support the death penalty and if it is as they say (everyone, even a Goddamned werewolf, deserves their day in court - I can't convict this...thing from my keyboard and won't) perhaps he ought to get as he gave. Plenty of men in prison who would gladly volunteer for the job.

This reminds me of the couple in Japan who let their baby die because they were too busy taking care of a virtual baby in a video game. It's too bad it only becomes apparent that some people shouldn't have kids once its too late.

When my youngest was born, she would get fussy. My wife had the day shift and I had the overnight shift. When she did get fussy, I paused the ****ing game. I avoided multiplayer during the times when I would have to take care of her. There is no video game more important than my two daughters. In fact, most of my game collection was traded in to get them essentials when my wife and I were both laid off. I would do it again in a heartbeat. This piece of **** needs to die, slowly. There is no excuse for this. This person is disgusting.

Yeah I was thinking of them deserving to die, but then again, a prolonged period of extreme pain and torture, and then dead, it's what they deserve. They cannot be allowed to be on the streets again.

i'm a firm believer in the death penalty, a huge part of our worlds problems is that people are not held accountable for their actions.
on a side note, to me, both of these people look like garbage so i'm thinking there might be more that is going on.

About 70% of the US population believe in the death penalty. I have yet to meet someone who doesn't no matter what side of the scale they are on.

This is sickening. I have a 2 year old, and this type of thing repulses me to the core. When my daughter was first born I barely played video games while we were training her to sleep at night. Why? Because my flesh and blood was far more important to me than any video game. Also, playing till 5am with a newborn in the house is just completely stupid and irresponsible in the first place. If you do that as a parent you need to accept the fact the kid could wake up, interrupt your sleep, and take responsibility for your actions.

I think I need to go pick up my daughter from Day Care and hug her for the rest of the day now. Tomorrow, too.

My daughter will be one on Dec 20th, there's no way in Hell I could ever bring myself to harm her, I'd be willing to give up my very own life for hers, she's the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. I really only play video games when she's asleep or playing with her toys, other than that I spend my time attending to her. Reading about this piece of human excrement really sickens me as well as saddens me.

Why end the life of your very own baby because she got "fussy"? What do you expect from a 14 DAY OLD BABY?!? You are supposed to take care of her, not kill her.

Plus, the long lapse in time from 5am to 2pm is also bothersome. A 2 week old child needs to be checked on more frequently.

And, I wonder if the woman knew about the true extent of her husband/boyfriend's temper. Violent emotions & responses like his (punching his own baby to death) don't just come out of no where. There must have been some sort of pattern or prior signs pointing in this direction.
