Please, you're not referring to that Youtube guy they won't let out of a contract, are you? There's no controversy there. He signed a contract. End of story. He shouldn't just be able to change his mind after Machinima paid him a fortune for his Youtube channel. If he didn't know what he was signing, he should have hired a lawyer or asked someone who would have known. I get that he's just a young guy, but he's over 18, and therefor, an adult. If he wants to be a big boy and make big boy decisions, he has to deal with big boy consequences.
The controversy is that he's not the only one Machinima is owning (literally) its the fact that their tightening the contracts on all of their clients. If virtually owning people as if they're tech slaves is not a controversy then there is a ****ing problem here.
