The Last of Us Launch Date Revealed [Update: Trailer Inside]

During tonight's Video Game Awards, a brand-new trailer aired for The Last of Us, revealing the release date for Naughty Dog's highly anticipated title.

The game will launch on May 7th exclusively for the PlayStation 3.

Here's the trailer for the game that aired during the VGAs. Skip to 2:30 to get right to the trailer.

    May release means the door is open for next gen PlayStation hardware this Fall.

    Still, I could care less. January - May is looking pretty awesome for games.

    I don't give a sh!t about survival horror. This game seems like a mix of some RE stuff and Uncharted (two games I never gave a crap about either).

    Still it has had my sphincter clenched for damn near a year now.

    Uncharted is pretty fun. I don't give a damn or two if it's ripping off Tomb Raider. I enjoy it.

    I wouldn't be so sure its a hard call Lara is without a doubt his mother but i think we will have to get DNA from both Indy and pitfall harry just to be sure whos love child Drake actually is........

    They all get around, so DNA testing is probably the best way to go.

    Looks like I might get this. Love what Naughty Dog did with the Uncharted Series (currently playing Uncharted 2).
