The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Bundle Unleashed

Posted on Monday, August 29 @ 14:09:30 Eastern by

Nintendo has already announced that The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will come in two versions: the standard game in the regular case and a limited edition bundle of the game plus a gold Wii Remote Plus controller.

Every bundle will also come with select orchestral arrangements of The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert, which is actually on tour now and will be performing in Los Angeles on October 21.

In a bit of unintended humor, Nintendo then makes sure to note that "the gold controller will simply be gold in color and will not contain any actual precious metals". Aw, really, Nintendo. How disappointing. At the suggested retail bundle price of $69.99, everyone and their family would have bought it. And I could have used a gold Remote to kill my enemies. In the game, of course.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for Wii will launch on November 20. The game by itself will retail at $49.99.

A golden Wii means your dehydrated, your Wii should be partially clear. Oh and drink cranberry juice on occasion.

Curse you Nintendo. Now I have to spend 69.99 on this game because I only have a regular Wii-Mote. On the plus side, this is actually a collector's edition I don't mind buying since it is a crazy good deal.
