This Is Spartacus Legends, New Ubisoft Title Based Off Starz Drama

Posted on Thursday, July 12 @ 13:33:33 Eastern by

Ubisoft has revealed Spartacus Legends, a fighter based on the popular Thracian drama on Starz Entertainment.

Players can fight as Spartacus, Crixus, or create their own gladiator, for which they can select multiple weapons and skills as their gladiator rises from unknown to legend. Then players can take their battle-worn thoroughbred against friends online.

Liam McIntyre, as the leading actor playing Spartacus himself and intrepid gamer, has contributed his likeness and voice, as well as feedback on the game's development.

Spartacus Legends will be showcased for the first time at Comic-Con 2012 at the Starz Media booth.

Shadow of Rome on the PS2 was a pretty fun game (minus the stealth elements). If this is anything like that I'll check it out.
