THQ's Back Catalog To Be Sold Off "In The Coming Weeks"

A whole bunch of THQ's assets were sold off yesterday (see the full list here), but there are still several franchises that were not included in the auction. THQ president Jason Rubin has confirmed that the remaining IPs will be sold off in the near future.
“There will be a separate process to sell off the back catalog and IP. That process will take place in the coming weeks,” Rubin told Game Informer.
Are these seen as less desirable than the IPs from yesterday? I don't understand why Homefront was included in the first batch. Darksiders has to sell for more than Homefront did.
Hopefully it goes to a studio that makes a good one, all the Destroy all Humans titles except the first were created as budget titles, and played like budget titles. The latest one is almost laughably bad.
Platinum would do an awesome job with the combat for sure!! But I would personally like to see Retro studios take a crack at it, I think they would be better at handling the Lore and exploration aspects
I think Gearbox should buy DarkSiders. They can do fantasy RPGs and open world lootfests with 4 player coop. After playing DarkSiders 2 I was hoping for a sequel that let's you play any of the four horsemen.
