REVIEWSGRiD 2 Review
Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.
State of Decay Review
Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?
E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD Dropping In In June
Posted on Tuesday, May 8 @ 23:23:18 Eastern by Daniel Bischoff
Tony Hawk has once again upset the marketing team at Activision by totally rebelling and announcing the release date for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD. Oh man! This guy is so rad! He is a rad dude!
Seriously, this guy is doing flips and tricks and... nollies... all the way to the bank! So cool! So anyway, The Hawk Man said on Twatter (another really cool new... ummm... chat room) that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD would be out in June from Activision for PS3 and Xbox 360.
THPS1+2 are some of the best games of all time. Im really excited that the original is being remade in HD. Lets hope THPS2 gets the same treatment as it was arguably the best in the series.
I enjoyed The original TH:PS games. Tony Hawk: Underground wasn't that bad, but TH:U2 was horrible. EA then helped me out with Skate 2 (didn't play Skate.) I liked Skate 2, because it felt tactical I would say. I didn't have any cheats for low gravity.
Not gonna lie but have any of you gone back and played THPS or THPS2 recently? Cause I have and I gotta say the memory was much better than the experience. The speed is rediculous the controls are dated (obviously), and now that Skate is around (I bought all 3 of em) I just don't see the point. Skate is just such an amazing game with the physics and the (somewhat) realistic nature of skateboarding. Its pretty amazing when doing a 180 hardflip down a 6 set feels wayyyyyyy better than doing a kickflip mctwist 720 to noseblunt to nosegrind to manual to nose manual to boardslide, 360 flip out to manual to... And before anyone says anything yes I realize they are 2 completely different games from different time periods, my point is lets just remember the good times, don't look back in anger...
I've gone back and played my N64 cart of THPS and it wasn't so bad. I agree that Skate is the better skateboarding series, but Tony Hawk was always pretty clear about its arcade-slant.
Yeah thats true. I had it on N64 too hahaha, no video, only some of the music I think. One cool glitch in the N64 version was you could turn while doing special moves if you used the joystick! You could do a backflip and hold the joystick left and throw a 540 in there. Coolest trick ever though was the 900 900 (yes double 900, you did a 900 as Tony Hawk while holding the joystick, spun like a top).

I bet not all the original skaters make it in the game though.
