Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Upcoming Horror Game For Nintendo Hardware Teased

Posted on Saturday, January 12 @ 08:55:48 Eastern by Jonathan_Leack

The horror!

The latest issue of Official Nintendo Magazine teases an upcoming game with the following quote:

Are you scared? You should be… World Exclusive! The first look at a stunning new game.

Judging by the wording, especially the word "scared", it appears that Capcom is ready to announce the recently leaked Resident Evil Revelations Unveiled Edition. Not much is known about the title other than it exists, as inferred by the achievement list revealed yesterday, but it's safe to say that it'll be a HD upgrade of Resident Evil Revelations.

Given that it's being revealed by a Nintendo magazine, it appears that it'll not only be coming to the Xbox 360 and likely the PlayStation 3, but the Wii U as well. Considering Resident Evil Revelations is actually a good entry in the series, this would be a great move on Capcom's part. Not many series fans were able to experience the game due to its exclusivity on the 3DS. It had Circle Pad Pro support so its transition to consoles wouldn't be a headache, and the Wii U can replicate its original dual-screen design. Superior port confirmed?

The last good horror game I've played (unless you count FF13, which is horror for another reason) was Rule of Rose. I'm just putting that out there as my credentials; if you disagree with me, there's probably a good reason...

... but color me as UN-psyched-up as possible.

Well that's nice..... but where the hell is the spiritual successor to the RE1 remake?! Everybody wants the same thing to happen with RE2!

I was hoping for an Eternal Darkness sequel and from a quick look at the picture I thought it was a Cold Fear sequel (which I thought was poor man's Resident Evil 4, but still good), but Resident Evil? If they can go back to it's roots (the remake of the original Resident Evil was great for the Game Cube) then it looks like I'll be purchasing a Wii U a little earlier than expected.
