Posted on Monday, August 13 @ 13:54:29 Eastern by

Valve, in a "major update" to the Steam Community has added a Game Hub to all Steam titles. With all the user-created screenshots and Workshop items, they have seen fit to highlight all of your hard work.

The Game Hub will gather the most popular and best-rated user-made contributions and highlight them along with discussion forums, news, and product updates, for a feature that Emily Kent at Valve is excited to bring to the table:
The New Steam Community is all about showing off the best content that gamers have created. With over 89 million screenshots, videos, Steam Workshop maps, levels, mods, and items, plus news articles and product updates, the community has created an unbelievable wealth of content around their favorite games.
So far, players have taken over 80 million Steam screenshots, 1 million videos, and 200,000 Workshop items. Expect Steam to unveil other awesome Community updates within the next few days.

I like the way youre thinking but dont go small scale, a grocery store app so someone will deliver all your shopping to your door, pickup and delivery laundry service, gardening and lawncare, Steam could be our Skynet.

You know, I've honestly thought of this. If someone is going to pay $75 for someone to mow their lawn that takes 30 minutes, why wouldn't someone pay me to go shopping for them? People pay to be lazy. I will gladly take their money to let them maintain that.
