Verizon FiOS TV Headed to Xbox 360s... Soon?

Posted on Tuesday, November 29 @ 09:20:19 Eastern by

Hey! You've got an Xbox 360 right? And you've also got one of those cable internet connections everyone is always talking about? Do you also pay for cable TV?

and... Xbox Live... *sigh*.... and you've got one of those cable boxes underneath your TV right now too? and you can already watch TV... right?

Well... I don't know if it matters anymore, seeing as you've already got the means to watch all that TV and probably a DVR and everything as well, but starting soon, Verizon FiOS Cable TV will be viewable on the Xbox 360, despite the fact that the service is limited to only 26 channels... and they're not even the good ones!

If you're a new FiOS customer you can sign up under the Triple Play promotion which packages Internet, TV, and phone for $89.99 a month and comes with 12-months of Xbox Live and a copy of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.

I never knew you could bundle so many things I don't want or need in one costly package. Currently, I only have Internet service in my home. That's it. Just internet. I'm doing just fine.

I'm on the same boat as Dan. Only got internet as well. It's cheap and affordable for a person like me. Besides, I could come on internet watch vids on there. Plus, I have a VGA cable if I want them on my TV.
