Watch Dogs Release Date Possibly Outed, Wii U Version Included

Watch Dogs will launch on April 18th, according to retailer Gamesonly.

Oh and in case you Wii U owners were concerned, there's a listing for Nintendo's console as well.
 

Ubisoft has yet to announce an official release date, so we'll have to treat this as mere rumor for the time being. That said, the publisher can't withhold this information forever, so stay tuned to GameRevolution for an official word from Ubi, which will (hopefully) be coming soon.
