Watch the First Mission of Thief in This Video Playthrough

Posted on Saturday, February 15 @ 08:10:30 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

The fine folks over at Eidos Montreal have posted the first full mission of Thief online for eager gamers to salivate over. Watch as Garrett uses the shadows to his advantage in the playthrough above.

This section of the game is called "Lockdown" and takes place after you've completed the opening tutorial. As someone who's never played a Thief game before, I'm hardly one to properly assess whether or not it stays true to the series' roots. That said, it certainly looks like it'll serve up a competent experience for fans of the stealth genre.

Thief launches on February 25th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PS3, and PC.
