What's the World Got To Offer in Deus Ex: Human Revolution?
Posted on Friday, July 1 @ 13:24:41 Eastern by Daniel Bischoff
Having met and spoken with several developers behind August's Deus Ex: Human Revolution, I can say that they've got some incredibly in-depth ideas for their prequel. Eidos Montreal has been working on DE:HR for quite some time, but not a lot has been said about what's going on in the game's world. Let's rectify that now:
I'll be honest with you. I can't wait. GameRevolution's seen what feels like over half the game already. Nick's played like 10 hours of it. Crazy! When's August?! WHEN?!
I am not complaining, I LOVED DE1, even a little from DE2, but this is prequel, and as far as I remember...this looks a lot more futuristic than DE...maybe some kinda boom at the end caused things to be as normal as they are in DE...not that it was normal... just a lot less like that.... this kinda worries me?
I really hope they rectify what they did with DEUS EX 2 and go back to the roots. And I really hope that it will be as deep as DEUS EX 1 was on PC, but I'm not betting on it since I've seen to many games being dumbed down for consoles.
