Wii U Lets You Control The Living Room Stage

Posted on Sunday, June 3 @ 15:41:48 Eastern by

At the tail end of today's Nintendo Direct conference, Satoru Iwata reminded us to tune in to the Nintendo E3 Press Conference on Tuesday. Before he did though, Iwata detailed the way users will be able to share media from the Wii U tablet to the TV screen with the swipe of a finger.

Users will be able to share the internet browsing from the Wii U tablet. They'll also be able to display pictures, movies, and more to be detailed later.

And not without a little goofy Nintendo flair either. Whoever's got the Wii U Control Pad will be able to open and close a curtain "on stage" to add "dramatic touch" to sharing media with friends and family. We'll bring more this week as E3 kicks off in a major way.

Be sure to check out GameRevolution's liveblog coverage of the press conferences tomorrow and Tuesday morning. For a tonhttp://www.gamerevolution.com/tag/e3 of E3 coverage, check out our tag page.
