Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition Is Moving To Mac

Posted on Wednesday, May 30 @ 11:09:54 Eastern by Keri_Honea

CD Projekt Red held a little press conference today—who needs their own presser at E3 anyway—and made a couple of announcements.

First, they proudly announced that The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings has sold (not shipped) 1.7 million units since its release, which includes both the PC and Xbox 360 versions. To celebrate (and sell more copies!), the developer has put the PC version on sale on GOG.com for $29.99 for one week and one week only.

For the last bit of Witcher 2 news, CD Projekt confirmed that they are working on a version for the Mac. No release date set yet, but Mac owners sans Xbox 360s will soon be able to experience this monster of a RPG. Most likely though, they'll have forgotten all about The Witcher 2 for whatever else is big at the time.

So now instead of paying $700 to max this excellent game, if I so choose I can pay $3000 for the same effect. Excellent.

Really though, I don't expect it to sell, I mean who is the target audience here? Macs don't exactly get a ton of performance for the price.

That, and the type of people who care about this game probably wouldn't have a Mac anyway.

Well, or they're like me and own a Mac and an Xbox. That's how I've been playing it.

As a PS3 owner currently playing Witcher 1 on my macbook pro, I am exactly the demographic they want. And I will give them my money so, so hard.
