Witcher 2 Hits Xbox 360s April 17th

Posted on Thursday, January 26 @ 11:36:14 Eastern by

CD Projekt has announced that their PC-exclusive RPG The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be finally hitting the Xbox 360 on April 17th. Warner Bros announced the official launch date for Geralt and company today.

While we've known that the port would be heading to Microsoft's console since E3 2011, the title needed a publisher and was pushed until Warner Bros decided to back the release of the game. If you're wondering what to expect, check out the screens below while you we wait for more information.

If you're really impatient you could... you know, buy the PC game.

I'm currently playing through the first one, and every time I see screens of the second one it gets harder and harder to keep playing. I mean it's a great game but... LOOK AT THESE FUCKING SCREENSHOTS, GOD DAMN.

Apparently the first one is totally unnecessary to enjoying the second, but I have that obsessive compulsive streak in me too.

I can't count the number of series' that I haven't enjoyed simply because the first one was terrible and I didn't want to "cheat" and skip to the good ones.
