Xbox One Digital Titles Will Allow You To Download While You Play

Posted on Tuesday, July 16 @ 11:19:15 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Just like the PlayStation 4, Microsoft's gaming console will allow you to play digital titles while you're downloading them. This news was confirmed to Polygon by a company representative.

You may recall a similar announcement when the Xbox One was first unveiled, but Microsoft was only speaking in regards to the ability to simultaneous install a disc-based game while you play. Now we know the same benefit applies to digital titles as well.

Are you planning on purchasing more games digitally now that you won't have to wait forever to jump into the experience, or will the traditional disc-based model still be you form of choice? Let us know in the comments below.
