Xbox One Headset Adapter Will Accomodate Current Headsets

Posted on Wednesday, July 31 @ 12:00:00 Eastern by Alex_Osborn
Microsoft has confirmed that you'll be able to purchase an Xbox One headset adapter, making current headsets useable on The Big M's next-gen console.

Speaking on Twitter, Xbox One lead planner Alberto Penello shared the news. It is important to note, however, that it won't come with the console. If you want one, you'll need to purchase it separately.

We already know that the Xbox One won't come bundled with a headset of any kind, so unless you want to shell out some cash for either the adapter or an Xbox One-branded headset, you'll have to rely on Kinect for chat.
