![]() Sony Ericsson's Android-powered PlayStation Certified Xperia PLAY, announced earlier in the year at Mobile World Congress, will be on sale at Verizon stores beginning on May 26th. The Xperia PLAY combines what you need (smartphone), with what you want (game system), and will priced at $199 with a new two-year contract. The Xperia PLAY will come preloaded with the following titles:
The Xperia PLAY comes equipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and specs that can hang with any other smartphone on the market. It's the best of both worlds. Actually, I don't know how well it works, but I know there's an android PSX emulator out there, which means if the phone is fast enough you could play ANY psx game with psx-style buttons. I wish I was a verizon customer.
