Enter the following codes at the "Press Start" screen. Once you hear a confirmation voice, start a new game on either Normal or Hard. The items will be then available at the R&D Lab.

Playable Layer:
Press Square, Square, Right, X, R1.

Playable Alia:
Press Down, R1, Up, L1, Square, X, Triangle, Circle.

Sigma Blade:
Press L3, L3, R3, L3, L3, R3, L3, L3, R3, L3 L3, R3.
