Catch Bigger Fish:
At Lure Select screen, press Triangle+Circle+Square+X+R1+R2. You'll catch some serious fish.

Concave Dam lake:
Play the game at least 50 times to unlock the dam.

Total Count Summary screen:
Press Up, Up, Down, Down, L1, R1, L1, R1, X, Circle, Start at the Title screen.Now go to the Options screen and press Select. This will bring up a ton of info.
