Enter the following codes at the Extras menu.

Paintball mode:
Press Right, Left, Right, Left, Down, Down, Up, Up.

Every multiplayer skin:
Press Down, Left, Up, Left, Right, Down, Left, Up.

One life mode:
Beat the game on hard.
