How many awesome things are in Far Cry 2? Too many to mention in this tiny preview:
 Intelligent A.I. enemies each with their own unique look - every single one. Fire that spreads through brush pushed by the wind. A.I. partners that save your ass when it’s getting handed to you. A giant sandbox environment where you decide how missions are going to be organized.
On top of everything else already mentioned, they’ve even added an intricate buddy system. Your friends will come and give you a hand if you’re getting your butt kicked, but only if you’re in good standing with them. But be careful: shoot them or let them die, and they’re gone for good. (Fire Emblem's got nothing on this. ~Ed.) Every decision you make will have a consequence; whether that’s good or bad will depend on how you carry out your missions.
This game is everything Bad Company wishes it could be and then some. Even in the small amount of hands-on time I got with it, it’s clear that this game is gonna be one to watch out for.
