When three or more matching pods are successfully linked, the resulting match will drop sparkly ‘nutrients’ to the bottom of the sea, causing the coral to thrive and grow. Free pods float, so as you make matches, other pods below them will make their way to the surface, creating new matching possibilities.  Newly launched pods will push existing ones deeper.
If any unmatched pods reach the coral at the bottom, then the game is lost.
Learn the patterns of movement and keep matching pods to keep the game alive and the coral healthy and strong.
