AGOURA HILLS, CA – Apr. 9, 2007 –THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) today announced plans to bring a new video game based on the highly successful Disney•Pixar’s Cars film to retail this fall. Cars Mater-National is scheduled to ship for the Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Wii™ video game console, Nintendo DS™ and Game Boy® Advance.

THQ’s relationship with Disney•Pixar has resulted in more than 30 million units shipped worldwide.
