DAISY FUENTES BRINGS PILATES TO THE Wii!
The very first interactive Pilates workout for the Wii™ is here! Daisy Fuentes Pilates™, set at a beautiful tropical resort, is built around 10 core-strengthening Pilates exercises that players craft into individual workout routines depending on their level of intensity (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced). Hosted by longtime Pilates icon and star of the entertainment industry Daisy Fuentes, players stay motivated with plenty of exercise, fitness and dietary tips that will help them achieve maximum results. Players track their progress using the Wii’s motion-sensitive controllers, including the Balance Board, while benefiting from real-time coaching voice prompts and feedback from Daisy on movements and poses.

FEATURES:
  • Ten Pilates exercises –Using the Wii Remote and Balance Board, players will learn 10 core-strengthening exercises. Once players become familiar with exercises at the Beginner level, they can increase the intensity to to Intermediate and Advanced levels.
  • Customizable workouts – The game includes five pre-set workout routines and five routines that players can customize. The pre-set routines are more geared to those who are new to Pilates, though there is plenty of room for people to progress into the more challenging Intermediate and Advanced levels.
  • Players track fitness results – Players can monitor their score and exercise results in five-day increments. They are rated on the total amount of exercises completed or by how well they performed the individual exercises.
  • Health and fitness tips – Daisy Fuentes’ useful exercise and healthy diet tips are designed to help keep players motivated.

WHY IT’S UNIQUE:
  1. Goes beyond the one-way, static workouts of traditional DVDs, using the Wii’s controls to monitor movements and offer instant feedback, ensuring proper body positioning and movement so players get the most from every Pilates session.
  2. Provides Balance Board owners a refreshing new way to get and stay fit (but can also be played without the Balance Board).
  3. Provides real-time feedback so players improve on their level of intensity (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced).
    • The real-time feedback is from Daisy herself, whose voice guides the exercises, whether players choose to practice in English or Spanish.
    • Players can also track their progress during their routine using an on-screen “timing bar,” which helps them stay on track.
