FEATURES:
- Charming Adventure Story – Explore an original and fun universe as you visit specially themed planets like robot-filled “Mecha” or “New Hawaii”, each with an array of quirky and often bizarre characters with unique personalities.
- Self-discovery – By taking personality quizzes and interacting with the characters around the universe, players will learn about themselves depending on their decisions whether they chose to make friends and help solve their problems, or annoy them with silly stunts or unwanted gifts.
- Playful Art-Style – Doki-Doki Universe is filled with simple yet highly imaginative art, similar to doodles or animated scribbles. Every character, collectible object and backdrop is characterized by sharply drawn lines and a bright color palette. Each planet offers its own unique visual design and experience.
- Free to Explore – Doki-Doki Universe offers players a variety of ways to interact with the universe at no cost. On the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita systems, players can download the free version of the game to fly around the world and take quizzes to learn more about their personalities. They can also download the Doki-Doki Universe mail app at no extra cost. To land on planets and interact with characters in the story, players will need to unlock the full game.
- Library of Collectibles – Players will collect hundreds of items that they discover on their travels that they’re able to use to help the characters they meet along the way.
- Personalized Home Planets – As players venture to new planets, they will be able to pick up items such as plants, creatures, and signs that they will able to use to decorate their home planet. Players can even visit their friends’ planets to learn more about them and check out their decorations and personality reports.
- Animated Doki-Doki Universe Mail – With the free Doki-Doki Universe mail messaging app, notes and messages to friends come to life through Doki-Doki Universe’s signature animated text. Words or phrases will magically come to life through cartoon figures and images.
