OVERVIEW

Combining the most authentic NCAA college basketball action with all new graphics and the new Online Mode, NCAA Final Four 2004 will have gamers everywhere going to head-to-head to take their team to the Big Dance. In order to build a collegiate program over multiple seasons in this game, players will have to master the Dynasty Mode by recruiting freshmen to replace graduating seniors. With over 303 Division IA teams to choose from and a newly redesigned graphics engine, 989 Sports offers its most authentic college basketball game to date. In addition, this year’s release offers an all-new Online Mode that will allow players from across the country to go head-to-head in heated rivalries.

• Superior Graphics – A newly designed graphics engine has been implemented to make it one of the best college basketball game to date. The college hoopster comes to life in amazing detail. Player specific details include headbands, goggles, afros, “corn rows” and tattoos. Brand-new arenas feature specific floor design, mascots, coaches, and fight songs to ensure the home court advantage that can only be found in college hoops.

• Deepest Online Mode - Challenge opponents from anywhere in the country via a dial-up or broadband connection. Revolutionary HTML interface allows the user to tap into the lobby from a personal computer. A live sports ticker provides all the current scores and sports news. • Brand New Gameplay and Artificial Intelligence – The right analog stick control allows gamers to perform spin moves and drop steps out of the post, and confuse defenders with crossover and behind-the-back dribbles. Exclusive player rating icons appear below the players during gameplay. Icons indicate which player is the star performer, best shooter and fastest player for every team. All new “motion blending” technology creates seamless transitions in every animation, resulting in ultra smooth player control.
