SANTA CLARA, Calif., (September 17, 2007) – Adventure takes on a new form as leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. announced today that the popular animated TV series, One Piece, will make its exclusive debut on the Nintendo Wii with One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. Join Captain Monkey D. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates as they embark on a search for the ultimate treasure in this all new original quest. Combat, mystery, and intrigue await as One Piece: Unlimited Adventure is scheduled for release in Q1 2008.

"We are thrilled to bring this one-of-a-kind television series into the hands of gamers on the Nintendo Wii," said Makoto Iwai, Executive Vice President and COO, NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., "One Piece: Unlimited Adventure is the perfect blend of action and charm that will engage new gamers and series fans alike."

In One Piece: Unlimited Adventure, the motley Straw Hat Pirates find themselves stranded in a mysterious land after a massive island rises to the ocean surface from underneath their pirate ship. Players must assume the role of their favorite One Piece persona and explore this newly formed terrain to uncover the secrets and powers that lie within this isle.

With the innovative Wii remote and Nunchuck controller, players will pull, turn and swing to battle nefarious villains using each character's own unique set of moves including Luffy's "Gum Gum Storm" and Nami's "Cyclone Tempo".
