Heading up the ‘most wanted’ list is worldwide leaderboards and FreshTone Games has answered the call with both OpenFeint and Game Center support. One leaderboard tracks the level where players die and another leaderboard – the ‘Hall of Fame’ – will only show gamer tags of the players who complete the game with one life.

Also by popular demand, infinite lives can now be purchased from the in-game shop.

Doesn’t this break the whole concept of the game? Yes and no says Anthony, “We honestly wouldn’t mind if no-one bought this upgrade but are acutely aware that some of our fans simply must ‘beat the game’ and we wanted to respect that choice. Plus, we don’t allow leaderboard updates if you use infinite lives so the integrity of the ranking system remains intact.”

Another small but very satisfying addition is ‘Death-cam’ replays. Here, your moment of death is recorded handy-cam style so you can show-it-off to your mates.

And last but not least, the wildly popular credits soundtrack from the game is now available from iTunes or the in-game shop. The album entitled ‘One Single Life Remixes’ has been a fan request for months.

Only one questions remains then… Will you have what it takes?
