Thursday 28th August/... Eidos Interactive, creator of some of the world’s leading videogame properties, today announces Tim Stockdale’s Riding Star will hit retail on September 19th, allowing you to emulate one of the world’s leading equestrian sportsmen.

Featuring Tim Stockdale, one of the greatest equestrian sportsmen Great Britain has ever seen, the game draws its inspiration from Tim’s 20 years representing his country, to recreate the sport perfectly on the Nintendo DS. Fulfilling every young girl’s dream of riding a horse, Tim Stockdale’s Riding Star captures the sport beautifully in Show jumping, Dressage and Cross Country modes.

Jon Brooke, Head of Marketing, Eidos said: “At Eidos, we’re proud to bring Tim Stockdale’s Riding Star to Nintendo DS. Its wonderfully crafted gameplay coupled with the appeal of both horse riding and the pedigree of Tim Stockdale in competition over the last 20 years is second to none.”

Key Features:
Compete head to head against friends or the computer in your quest to become the Riding Star with the most realistic equestrian simulation available for Nintendo DS.

Keep your horse well fed and groomed and compete in dressage, cross-country and show jumping in a variety of stadiums and courses.

Compete in Career, Single-Player and Hot-seat Mode, with an in-depth tutorial covering every aspect of the game, from grooming to jumping.

Tim Stockdale’s Riding Star is available for Nintendo DS from September 19th 2008.
