What Are You Playing? Kingdom Come, Fe, and More

Paul (Executive Editor): I’ve been reviewing Fe this week, a beautiful little platformer from the Swedish developer Zoink. It’s an EA Originals game, similar to Unravel and the upcoming A Way Out. I thought Unravel was decent, if quite one-note, but Fe really struck a chord with me. I’ve also been playing Overwatch because I am always playing Overwatch.

Jason (Lead Editor): I’m still playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I had a really good time reviewing it, and I’ve started a new game to catch some of the alternate paths I didn’t take the first time around. Aside from that, I’m preparing my body for Metal Gear Survive and its possible swathe of microtransactions. I have Secret of Mana to play as well, but I’ll likely just think about starting it several times over the next week but won’t actually follow through.

Cody Perez (Guides Editor): This week, I’m diving deep into Kingdom Come: Deliverance and surprisingly enjoying its more grounded take on a fantasy RPG. In addition, I’m soaking up all of the new content released recently with Final Fantasy XIV and painstakingly grinding up to the new level cap.”

Mack (News Editor): I’ll be seeing how the Metal Gear Survive beta holds up on PC. I’m also planning to dedicate a few hours of weekend game time to Monster Hunter World. Sleep will likely be forfeited, but I’m sure it’ll be worth the sacrifice!

Bradley (Staff Writer): This week I’m squirming my way through South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Stick of Truth was one of my favorite games back in 2014, and the sequel has been everything I could want from a sequel so far. It’s juvenile, it’s silly, you can fart on people. What more do you want?

Alleef (Staff Writer): This week I’m resuming my playthrough of The Witcher 3: Game of The Year Edition on the PS4. I just started playing last month and I’ve been hooked ever since. I just finished all my Witcher Contracts and I’m really immersing myself in the story. I know now why people swear by this game as one of the best. The journey will be long since I have yet to even finish the main playthrough, but I look forward to spending more time with Geralt of Rivia.

From the GR Forums

COMaestro: My wife and I, after a number of years with things lost in storage, finally found our gear to get the band back together. We played Rock Band 4 for the first time last night, despite owning the game for a couple of years now. We were never super hardcore players of the game, but it was always fun to relax and unwind with a few songs here and there, doing our best to complete the career modes of the various games. Sadly I didn’t know there was a Rock Band 2 export key that was available for purchase at one point, so I missed out on the opportunity to get those songs for a discount, if not outright free. Got the ones for 3 and Green Day though, so we’ve got lots of songs to choose from, in addition to all the songs we had purchased for previous titles back in the day. We stayed up a bit too late, but we had a lot of fun!

Let us know what you are playing this week in the comments section below!
