Rambo draws first blood in Call of Duty: Warzone

Unlike Fortnite, the Call of Duty series isn’t always known for its guest characters, but now Activision is gearing up to add Call of Duty Warzone Rambo and Die Hard’s John McClane to the game. The next step in Warzone Season 3 begins on May 20 with the ’80s Action Heroes event, including skins for Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo and Bruce Willis’s McClane. In advance of that event, here’s how to unlock Rambo in Call of Duty: Warzone.

How to get the Call of Duty: Warzone Rambo skin

If the game follows the same pattern as previous movie operators, Rambo can be unlocked by simply heading to Warzone’s store and purchasing the 80s Action Heroes bundle pack for 2400 COD Points.

This will add the playable Operator skins for John Rambo, John McClane, and any other ’80s action movie stars that Activision may have up its sleeves for the bundle.

The bundle should go live on May 20 as part of the big Call of Duty 80s Action Heroes event, which takes place across Warzone, Black Ops Cold War, and Call of Duty Mobile. At the time of the writing, the trailer for the event is due to go live in less than two hours, which should give players their first official look at both Rambo and Die Hard series protagonist McClane as they appear in the games.

However, these skins have already been leaked by the community, with @codwarfareforum posting both guest Operators on Twitter. Both are pretty accurate to their characters’ initial appearances in Die Hard and First Blood, although McClane in particular seems a little stylized.

Of course, this isn’t the only recent appearance John Rambo has made in a modern videogame, as he was recently added to Mortal Kombat 11 as a DLC fighter, complete with his own range of Fatality moves. He’ll probably get added to Fortnite any day now.
