Street Fighter V ELEAGUE Invitational Resumes This Friday, Top 5 Plays Of Preliminary Round Released

The Street Fighter V ELEAGUE Invitational will resume this Friday with Group A fighters facing off against one another for a shot at a prize pool totaling at $250,000. Group A includes the following top-tier talent:

  • Smug
  • Julio Fuentes
  • Infiltration
  • Brolynho
  • ​Momochi
  • Punk

Only two players from the above list will proceed to the playoffs on May 26th. Groups B, C, and D will similarly match up on April 21st, May 5th, and May 12th respectively.

All group coverage will be televised nationally on TBS, Live.ELEAGUE.com, Twitch, and YouTube, with Group A's broadcast starting at 7:00PM PT on April 7th.

Last week's preliminary rounds were eventful, making for a hot top 5 players trailer that can be seen above.
