Rescue as many citizens as you can! Citizens that live on your land will generate coins over time. This is your second source of income, so be sure to keep increasing your population.
If you tap on a citizen, you can see how many coins they produce and what their maximum capacity is. You also have the option to educate them, which will cause Sinclair to teach them some new tricks.
