Hold walk then go forward, backward, turn around 3 times, release walk and jump forward. Boom.

All weapons:
Ignite a flare, then step forward, step backward, turn around 3 times, and jump backward

Level Skip:
Ignite a flare, then step forward, step backward, turn around 3 times, and jump forward.
