Pause, then  hold L + R and press Down, Left, Up, Right to enable cheat mode. This enables the other cheats and unlocks all costumes.. 
 Invincibility:

Pause, then  hold L + R and press Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. 
 Unlimited Superpower:

Pause, then  hold L + R and press Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Up,Left, Left. 
 Maximum abilities:

Pause, then  hold L + R and press Right, Down, Right, Down. 
 35 random boosts:

Pause, then  hold L + R and press Left, Right, Left, Right. 
 20 shields:

Pause, then  hold L + R and press Up, Up, Down, Down.
