Tarot Cards
  • O - The Fool: Go back to the starting room of the current floor.
  • I - The Magician: Gain homing tears for the room you're currently in.
  • II - The High Priestess: Summon Mom's foot to attack an enemy. Does a lot of damage, especially useful against bosses.
  • III - The Empress: Become a demon in the current room (damage +2 and speed +1).
  • IV - The Emperor: Teleport to the Boss Room of the current floor.
  • V - The Hierophant: Spawn 2 soul hearts.
  • VI - The Lovers: Spawn 2 regular hearts.
  • VII - The Chariot: Triggers invincibility and touch damage, just like the My Little Unicorn item.
  • VIII - Justice: Spawn a bomb, key, coin, or heart (random).
  • IX - The Hermit: Teleport to the shop, unless there isn't one on the current floor. In that case, you teleport randomly.
  • X - Wheel of Fortune: Spawn a slot machine or fortune telling machine.
  • XI - Strength: Increase all stats except tears and gain an additional heart for the current room only.
  • XII - The Hanged Man: Gain the ability of flight for the current room.
  • XIII - Death: Damage all enemies in the room.
  • XIV - Temperance: Spawn a blood donation machine.
  • XV - The Devil: Damage +2 for the current room.
  • XVI - The Tower: Spawn six troll bombs all around the room.
  • XVII - The Stars: Teleport to the Treasure Room, unless there isn't one on the current floor. In that case, you teleport randomly.
  • XVIII - The Moon: Teleport to the Secret Room. Don't worry about getting trapped, as one side of the wall will be open as an exit.
  • XIX - The Sun: Heal fully, damage all enemies, and reveal the entire map for the current floor.
  • XX - Judgement: Spawn a beggar or devil beggar.
  • XXI - The World: Reveal the entire map for the current floor.


Playing Cards
  • Joker: Teleport to the Devil Room or Angel Room.
  • 2 of Clubs: Double the amount of bombs you have, or receive two if you currently have none.
  • 2 of Diamonds: Double the amount of coins you have, or receive two if you currently have none.
  • 2 of Hearts: Double the amount of health you have.
  • 2 of Spades: Double the amount of keys you have, or receive two if you currently have none.
