How to find the Behind the Smile stash in Alan Wake 2
To find the Behind the Smile in Alan Wake 2 in Coffee World, you’re going to have to find the giant smiling coffee cup that is on many pieces of Coffee World merchandise and advertisements. And while maze-like at times, Coffee World is not that big.
Go to the above spot on the map to see the smiling coffee pot in question. Now go up the small staircase next to him to get behind him. While your first instinct may be to search his backside for a code or shoot his wooden teeth to reveal message, simply go around to his back left side around the tiny fence surrounding him and through the gap. There will be a small key on the ground just to his immediate left, the Coffee World Stash Key.
With the key in hand, run back to the Behind the Smile stash near the Huotari Well and slide the key in to unlock the stash. There is not too much in here, but it holds a few arrows for the crossbow, a handful of shotgun shells, and a couple pistol bullets for good measure.
There is also a clue for the board speaking about characters nicknamed “M” and “T” who were supposed to be on patrol. Unlike many of these short messages inside stashes, you can grab this one, so be sure to collect the paper for your stash of collectibles.
