Gran Turismo 6 Coming To PS3, According To Online Retailer [Update: Second Listing Spotted]

[Update]: A second listing for Gran Turismo 6 has been spotted online, this time on Italian retailer website Multiplayer.com (via IGN).  According to the site, the game is expected to launch on November 28th of this year. Of course, Sony has yet to confirm any of this, so sit tight until we have official word.

[Original Story]: Believe it or not, PlayStation owners may be getting the long awaited Gran Turismo 6 by year's end.

Electronics retailer Newegg has the title listed for release on Sony's current-gen platform (that's right, not the PlayStation 4), so there's a good chance we'll see it by the 2013 holiday season. Oddly enough, the product is currently listed as "Discontinued," which makes no sense whatsoever.

IGN notes that earlier this year, Sony exec Michael Denny let slip that GT6 would be launching on the PS3 later this year, despite the fact that the company has yet to make any sort of official announcement.

Could Sony really be launching Gran Turismo 6 on the PS3 this late in the console's life cycle? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
