The next entry in Ubisoft's acclaimed first-person shooter series, Far Cry, has been the topic of discussion ever since the title was revealed last week.
The aforementioned online chatter has everything to do with a piece of key art that accompanied the announcement, which showcases a lighter-skinned male clearly expressing dominance over another man of a different race.
Far Cry 4's creative director, Alex Hutchinson, has since spoken out to address the controversy, confirming that the man in the suit is actually not white, and will not be the player-controlled protagonist. "Just so it's clear for those jumping to conclusions: He's not white and that's not the player," he said on Twitter.
Plot details for the game were leaked just yesterday. You can read up on them right here.
