Tony Hawk May Be Getting Back to His Roots

Remember when Tony Hawk games were actually fun? Before some retarded executives decided they need to be more "hip" by requiring a ridiculous, broken, fake skateboard as a controller? You'd have to think back to the days of the N64. Ah, simpler times…

And apparently, namesake Tony Hawk himself thinks so too. He tweeted today asking fans for their favorite levels from the glory days, coyly dancing around (grinding around?) the subject of a new Tony Hawk game. It's not a confirmation, but it's definitely highly suggestive. And it looks like they're trying to return the series to those roots.

Good news? If you're a fan of the series, hell yeah. Although I don't know how many of them are left at this point… Anyway, if you've got a Twitter account and want to have a say in the next game's development (or at least pretend that you do), Tony would appreciate your input.
